We are seeking a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital presence across all platforms.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement digital strategies, including marketing plans and budgets, with expertise in e-commerce.
* Define and lead the annual digital action plan, aligned with revenue targets.
* Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce activities.
Website Management:
* Oversee updates and maintenance of the hotel website (All.com / Brand.com).
* Ensure SEO optimization and a seamless user experience.
* Update the site with current offers, promotions, events, and relevant information (Rooms, F&B outlets, MICE).
OTAs Management:
* Manage relationships with OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
* Align OTA strategies with Revenue Management.
* Optimize listings and content across third-party sites.
* Activate promotional tools on OTA platforms.
Digital Marketing:
* Develop and execute strategies including SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns focused on Rooms, F&B, and MICE.
* Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
* Manage email campaigns via third-party tools, adhering to guidelines.
* Assist in online reputation management and address feedback promptly.
Social Media Management:
* Implement social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, publish, and monitor content across platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Monitor digital activity performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.).
* Report on campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
* Identify new revenue opportunities through market and data analysis.
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing or communication.
* University degree in Marketing and Communication or similar.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
* Knowledge of social networks and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hospitality industry experience is an asset.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Responsible and reliable.
