Key Responsibilities
* Configure SharePoint dashboards, develop user interfaces, and support frontend systems.
* Utilize strong working knowledge of SharePoint, including configuration, deployment, and content management.
* Develop expertise in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for lightweight development and support.
* Work with structured data formats used in workflows and interfaces, such as XML and JSON.
* Test and validate APIs using tools like Swagger.
* Develop proficiency in Visual Studio or other development environments used to support frontend/backend integration tasks.
* Support operational systems in insurance or other data-heavy industries.
* Maintain legacy platforms across multiple environments (e.g., dev, UAT, prod).
* Monitor and report on system performance, document processes, and communicate effectively with both technical colleagues and business users.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint configuration, dashboard development, or frontend systems.
* Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, including configuration, deployment, and content management.
* Proficiency in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
* Familiarity with XML, JSON, and structured data formats.
* Ability to test and validate APIs.
* Basic understanding of BizTalk for monitoring and handling alerts.
* Experience in Visual Studio or other development environments.
* Involvement in supporting operational systems in insurance or other data-heavy industries.
* Methodical and detail-oriented approach to system monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
