About the job
The D&I Trainee plays an active role in the execution and pursuit of BNP Paribas Portugal Diversity & Inclusion goals and the engagement of the entire Organisation in the actions that will be necessary to meet them
Your Main Activities Are
Participate in the development and implementation of the D&I strategy
Liaise with the internal stakeholders across the Territory Entities and Functions, to identify the key priorities for the local DEI strategy and to actively involve them in its roll-out/ participation
Support the DEI projects implementation ensuring the accomplishment of the goals established
Support the organisation and documentation for meetings, events and DEI related team-buildings (ask for proposals, setup, budget)
Supporting and advising the employees' networks and the ONE association
Participate in the creation and execution of the D&I-related communication plan (content, communication/community tools, social media and events) in collaboration with the Communications team
Ensure the maintenance and continual improvement of the Volunteering Community, propose and promote new volunteering missions to ensure the accomplishment of the goals established
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related fields
