Responsibilities:
- Explore products hands-on to build a solid understanding of how they work and are used in advanced scenarios.
* 1. Create high-impact technical content such as online training and documentation.
* 2. Collaborate closely with internal experts to clarify complex topics and translate them into structured, user-centric learning experiences.
* 3. Identify and address knowledge gaps, contributing to content strategy and helping shape the overall developer enablement journey.
* 4. Continuously learn and adapt your understanding as products evolve, staying in step with new capabilities and use cases.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing with low-code platforms or modern cloud-native architectures.
* 1. Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration, not only reviews or SME interviews.
* 2. Excellent communication skills and user-first mindset, explaining technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
* 3. Some experience or interest in creating technical content for developers or other technical audiences.
* 4. Familiarity with docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments like VS Code.
* 5. Curiosity, autonomy, and drive to learn new technologies and learning principles quickly.
* 6. Agile delivery practices and common tools (like Jira) and comfortable working in iterative development cycles.
* 7. Good level of English.
