Business Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
Key Responsibilities:

Market prospecting and acquiring new clients

Monitoring clients and presenting solutions

Overseeing project teams and managing careers
4.
Defining commercial strategies for the business unit
5.
Generating contacts and enhancing leads
Hard Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Manager
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or similar
