Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
* Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
* Develop test cases and perform functional testing
* Assist in software implementation and configuration
* Support end-users during UAT
* Provide ongoing support and training
* Participate in project meetings and update on functional aspects
* Work with development teams to ensure quality delivery
* Conduct post-implementation reviews
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
* At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* EU citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
* Availability to work from the office twice a week
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps
* Relevant certifications (ITIL, ISTQB, CBAP)
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
