Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and deliver projects with high efficiency and precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives.
Job Requirements:
* Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in managing complex projects, operations, and deployments in fast-paced environments.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in collaboration tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
* Background in process improvement and change management, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in startups or scale-ups, particularly launching new markets, geographies, or services.
* Previous work with hardware products, field deployments, installations, logistics, and site readiness.
* Familiarity with last-mile delivery, smart lockers, or parcel infrastructure.
* Knowledge of UK regulations related to deployment, including health & safety, site access, and local permits.
