We are supporting a leading pan-European financial markets organisation in the search for aTransformation & Project Officerto join a central Transformation & Projects team.
This is a high-visibility role at the heart of market operations, working across trading, regulatory reporting, client services, and operational teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.
The Role
You will support the planning and delivery of a portfolio of transformation and operational projects from initiation through to implementation.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help structure, monitor, and drive the execution of the transformation roadmap while supporting internal community engagement across a large operational department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complex projects from initiation to testing and production launch
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities and milestones
Translate business requirements into operational implementation plans
Track budgets, resources, risks, and delivery timelines
Build project trackers and monitoring tools to ensure smooth deployment
Lead workshops with operational stakeholders and formalise outcomes
Prepare high-quality presentations and portfolio updates for senior management
Contribute to internal communications and key departmental updates
Profile
Experience in project management, transformation, or operations within financial services
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create structured, executive-level presentations
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint essential)
JIRA & Confluence
Power BI (nice to have)
