Your Role
As a German-speaking Backoffice Specialist, you will support legal and regulatory processes related to passenger rights. This is a non-customer-facing role with structured office hours, ideal for candidates seeking stability and analytical work.
What you will be doing
* Handle complaints and documentation related to passenger rights
* Liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB)
* Review cases and ensure compliance with EU regulations
* Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
What you should bring
* German at C1/C2 level and English at B2
* Strong written communication and high attention to detail
* Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
* Good computer skills and ability to navigate different systems
* Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Monday to Friday
