Service Delivery and Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Delivery and Project Manager.
This role is essential to ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and effective management of IT projects across the organisation.
Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of IT services, managing multiple IT projects from inception to completion, and collecting and analysing business requirements.
* Manage project timelines and budgets, maintain clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and coordinate resources effectively.
* Monitor service performance, identify opportunities for service improvement, and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in IT service delivery and project management.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Portuguese fluent or native level; English intermediate + level.
