We are seeking a customer‐facing Project Manager to own delivery execution, manage client expectations, and ensure predictable, high‐quality implementation outcomes.This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is highly organized, execution‐focused, and comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.Role FocusOwn end‐to‐end delivery of assigned customer implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on on‐time and on‐scope executionAct as the primary, day‐to‐day customer contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and accountabilityDrive delivery discipline through structured planning, progress tracking, and proactive risk managementKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and close customer‐facing software implementation projects in alignment with Global Professional Services delivery standardsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure predictable deliveryCoordinate global, cross‐functional resources (consulting, engineering, support, and customer teams) to meet project commitmentsManage scope, schedule, and change control to protect delivery timelines and customer outcomesMonitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on trackProvide clear, consistent project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders, including timelines, risks, and next stepsFacilitate customer meetings, status reviews, and milestone checkpointsEscalate customer or delivery risks promptly and appropriately to maintain momentum and customer confidenceSuccess Measures Success in this role will be measured by:On‐time delivery: Consistent achievement of project milestones and go‐live datesSchedule and scope control: Minimal project delays and controlled scope changesRisk management: Early identification and resolution of delivery risks and issuesStakeholder confidence: Strong trust and engagement from customers and internal delivery teamsOperational discipline: Accurate project plans, forecasts, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycleCustomer satisfaction: Positive customer feedback and satisfaction scores related to communication, execution, and outcomesRequired Skills and Qualifications2–5 years of project management experience in a customer‐facing, Professional Services or software delivery environmentProven track record of delivering software implementation projects on timeStrong understanding of the software implementation lifecycleExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer projectsExperience working with distributed or global delivery teamsClear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including customer‐facing presentationsWillingness to travel as required (Up to 25% of the time)Preferred Skills and QualificationsExperience in a global Professional Services, SaaS, or enterprise software organizationProject management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesTechnical familiarity with SQL and/or Visual BasicManufacturing process experience.
