Business Developer (m/f)Full time - Lisbon, PortugalAs part of the Business Development & Client Care team, the Business Developer will be supporting the firm and team initiatives, namely internal or external business development projects. This will be a challenging but rewarding role; an excellent opportunity to someone with the ambition to succeed to take on a variety of projects and make a significant contribution in driving the firm forward.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Assisting in the overall implementation of the firm's business development plans, conducting research into clients, markets & competitors; Gathering market intelligence; Support the firm in its international activities; Assisting in the pitch and RFPs processes, target new clients and support the development of key client programs; Contribute to the continuous improvement of BD database processes and tools; and General assistance in various other initiatives that intersect with other functional areas within the business development context.Skills and Abilities:Experience of working in a professional services environment is extremely valued; Strong business development skills as well as experience of the pitch process is required; Demonstrates to be innovative and an original thinker; Shows good analytical skills and the ability to act upon information given; Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrates the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels with a high level of diplomacy and professionalism; Bachelor's degree or Higher Education is required; and Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tools, namely, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
