IT Infrastructure Platform/Cloud Engineer (M/F/D) - Coimbra, Lisboa e Castelo Branco
Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Platform/Cloud Engineer (M/F/D) for a client company in Lisbon.
ROLE
Design hybrid architectures that meet technical and business requirements, including scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.
Develop infrastructure and reusable models through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Lead cloud adoption initiatives, including migrating workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud, ensuring performance, cost, and risk mitigation.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend cloud workloads, including migration and optimization approaches.
Definition and implementation of governance, security policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO *****.
Management of identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, and network security in all environments.
Evaluation and recommendation of cloud services, tools, and frameworks, aligned with business needs.
Continuous updating on emerging technologies, including serverless computing, containerization (Kubernetes), and edge computing.
Identification of automation opportunities with a view to increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Close collaboration with cross-functional agile teams, including IT service delivery, data analytics, and data integration teams, promoting a cohesive and secure IT ecosystem.
Implementation of automation for provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using Rundeck, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation.
Implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for infrastructure updates.
Design of infrastructure orchestration flows to optimize infrastructure implementation and management.
Optimization of infrastructure through the modernization of legacy systems, maximizing performance in the cloud environment, efficiency in the use of resources, and cost-effectiveness.
Preparation of technical documentation, including configurations, standards, and best practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across the entire infrastructure.
PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Platform Architect or similar.
Comprehensive experience in IT infrastructure and common local infrastructure services.
Ability to design enterprise-level infrastructure architectures and platform services.
Experience in sprint planning in agile methodologies, aligning infrastructure development with organizational goals.
Affinity with automation tools, programming languages, and DevOps practices.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (valued).
Proactive approach to exploring new technologies and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions.
Solid experience and knowledge of general networking concepts, routing, IP addressing, and protocols, at the Cisco CCNA level or equivalent.
