IT Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Linux environments, particularly OpenShift and RedHat, as well as expertise in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Splunk, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, Cloud platforms, and Zabbix.
They should also have strong skills in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting critical applications, excellent background in incident resolution, change management, backup and certificate management, vulnerability tracking, deployments, capacity planning, and collaboration with DevOps teams.
English fluency is mandatory for effective communication.
