Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives donor acquisition, increases recurring contributions, and amplifies our message across global markets.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success in Facebook and Google Ads across multi-market programs. You should be proficient in Smart Bidding, audience strategy, creative testing, and YouTube and Performance Max.
Additionally, you should have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex data insights to executives and community stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record of managing large, multi-country budgets and multilingual campaigns.
* Deep expertise in data-driven marketing, including GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work remotely and across time zones.
