Project Manager

22,000 m² development project
in the Algarve region.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the project from planning to delivery
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and local authorities
• Control budget, schedule, and quality
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate or construction projects
•
Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
• Strong project management and leadership skills
