Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding their insurance policies.
2. Process customer requests through our policy administration system, and/or draft and send responses to letters and emails, contract documents, and other communications.
3. Maintain accurate records and index documents in our document management tool.
4. Manage policy changes, updating payment details as necessary.
5. Process claims and cancel requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
* A high level of proficiency in Dutch (C2) and fluency in English (B2).
* Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and writing skills, with a formal and diplomatic tone.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
