Gather, analyse and document business and regulatory requirementsWork closely with stakeholders (business, risk, compliance, regulators)Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specificationsDefine business rules, SLAs/SLOs and exception scenariosProduce functional documentation (use cases, flows, high-level data models)Define and validate acceptance criteria and support testing phases (UAT, certification)Participate in pilots and validation with users/participantsAct as the bridge between business and technical teamsWhat we are looking forTechnical profile:
Proven experience as a Business AnalystExperience in payments or mission-critical financial systemsAbility to interact with technical teams (APIs, integrations, data flows)Strong skills in requirements analysis and functional documentationExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceSoft skills:
