We are looking for a DEVOPS COACH - Scrum Master MAIN TASKS: Ensure Scrum principles are followed and teams have the necessary skills to deliver business value. Foster continuous improvement in collaboration, creativity, and quality. Remove obstacles hindering the team’s progress. Assist in efficient product backlog management and ensure items are clear and accurate. Facilitate understanding of product planning in a global context and how to maximize product value. Encourage self-organization and a multidisciplinary approach. Help create high-value products and facilitate Scrum events when needed. Support teams in environments where Scrum is not fully adopted. Guide the organization in adopting and implementing Scrum. Plan and assist in Scrum implementation, aiming to increase productivity and efficiency. YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS: Experience with tools like: Jira; Bitbucket (or Git); Jenkins; TFS; XL Deploy; XL Release. Strong experience with creating and using APIs for automation. Deep understanding of DevOps culture and methods for its effective implementation. Experience in facilitating DevOps workshops. Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with patience and pedagogy. Propose innovative ideas for skill development and process improvement within DevOps teams. Hybrid role in Porto.
