Profile description:
We are looking for a
motivated
Industrialization Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following
requirements
:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field;
* 4-6 years of experience as an Industrialization Engineer or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment;
* Ability to design and specify assembly lines and tooling, including defining process sequences, cycle times, and assembly methods according to project requirements;
* Solid experience with 3D design and modeling tools;
* Ability to prepare cost estimates for assembly lines and tooling;
* Experience monitoring material procurement and coordinating with external suppliers during equipment development;
* Skills in documenting and reporting issues throughout the development process;
* Experience supporting line launch on the shopfloor, identifying deviations and ensuring corrective actions;
* Ability to develop assembly process documentation;
* Capacity to support and identify process improvement opportunities and implement the resulting improvements;
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
