We are looking for a IT Scrum Master for a new project!
Responsabilities:
* Organize and lead scrum routines for the squads under his/her responsability.
* Work closely with product owners to help him/her prepare the product backlog.
* Ensure adherence to BNP Paribas IT governance processes as applicable to the project context.
* Ensures compliance with the duration of sprints (time boxing), routines (duration, content) and interactions within the team and with stakeholders.
* Contribute actively to solve issues and remove blocking points.
* Promote best practices, team autonomy and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Scrum Master of agile software development teams.
* Experience in managing IT projects.
* IT academic background.
* Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
* Willingness to collaborate with other teams.
* Great sense of organisation, being able to work on several projects at the same time.
* Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
* Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included.
* Willingness to collaborate with other players.
* Good level of english.
