About the role
Become the catalyst for market success as Reckitt's new Customer & Category Marketing Manager. Master customer and market data to craft compelling brand stories. Your role is crucial in shaping our product futures, ensuring they remain favorites in homes and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities
1. Lead category management projects with customers, acting as a trusted neutral advisor.
2. Develop business insights aligned with customer and overall business goals.
3. Support local markets with business and channel insights to drive value.
4. Research deeply around business questions to understand shopper and category behavior.
5. Develop and execute category management visions per account, including assortment optimization and shelf placement.
6. Provide insights and recommendations to Brand and Marketing Managers and Key Accounts to optimize performance.
7. Lead customer strategies and activation plans from planning to execution, collaborating with KAM and Field Teams following Brand LSM principles.
8. Design customer-specific promotions and develop omnichannel campaigns (online and offline), tracking results aligned with ATL Brand Communication.
9. Implement customer-specific in-store materials and analyze execution supported by data sources like Nielsen and Global Data.
10. Propose and monitor Category LSM in line with Brand and GSM guidelines.
11. Generate insights from sell-out and loyalty data to create shopper-relevant concepts for long-term growth.
12. Develop data-driven strategies to help retailers understand trends and create value.
Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Brand Manager, Category Manager, or in Trade Marketing.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Customer Portals is valuable.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of the consumer goods sector and ability to turn statistics into actionable strategies.
* Attention to detail and agility in a dynamic environment.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Influential and autonomous, with an omnichannel mindset.
