We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a key account manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and achieving goals while building long-term relationships with clients.
As a key account manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of high-value clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their businesses and develop strategic plans to support their growth and success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Independently delivering results and achieving goals
* Understanding client businesses and supporting their strategic growth
* Presenting tailored proposals addressing each client's specific needs
* Developing the strategic planning of the account or client
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to meet client needs with excellence
Requirements
* Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish (mandatory)
* 2+ years of experience in account management within an SME environment
* Fluent in English (a plus)
* Mandatory industry knowledge, particularly in marketing solutions, printing, and promotional gifts
