As Facility Manager, you will:Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing and care teams, ensuring exceptional care and service delivery.Oversee the smooth, compliant operation of the facility in line with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements, and organisational ntor and support a dedicated team, nurturing a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.Monitor operational performance, compliance, and financial sustainability to maintain high-quality outcomes.Support occupancy and revenue goals while delivering outstanding resident and family satisfaction.The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you will bring:A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration.Ideally 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in aged care or healthcare.Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire, guide, and support teams.Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and funding models such as AN-ACC.Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.A people-centred leadership style, valuing strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.Experience with financial oversight and budget management.A genuine commitment to integrity, respect, and compassionate care.What's on Offer
