Job Opportunity: Expert in Strategic Materials Governance

Workload: Short-term assignments/task-based consultancy
We are seeking experts in strategic materials governance, policy strategy, and EU industrial policy. You will analyze existing policies, identify gaps, propose reforms, draft recommendations, and advise on EU-level strategy coherence.
* Analyze national policies relevant to CRM and identify enhancements needed for CRMA alignment.
* Propose alternative policy measures and institutional reforms to support local CRM production, processing, and recycling.
* Draft recommendations on changes to the legislative and administrative framework for CRMA implementation.
* Advise on EU-level CRM strategy coherence and resilience-building measures.
Key qualifications include a Master's degree in public policy, EU law, geology, or related field, at least 8 years of experience in raw materials governance, excellent analytical and policy drafting skills, familiarity with the CRMA and related Green Deal, Circular Economy, and resilience policy frameworks.
