Front Desk Ambassador
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Guest Service: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs according to brand standards.
* Room Assignments: Escort guests to their room and explain the hotel's facilities and operations, exceeding expectations by creating an unforgettable impression.
* Information Provision: Offer accurate and relevant information about hotel services, resort activities, wellness offers, and local attractions.
* Special Requests: Handle special guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Billing and Payments: Process billing and payments efficiently and accurately.
* Complaint Resolution: Manage and follow up on complaints, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
* Guest Assistance: Assist guests with specific needs and personalized attention, building rapport and trust.
* Promotions: Promote the hotel's outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, etc.) to enhance guest experiences.
* Reservations: Handle reservations, providing expert advice and support.
* Telephone Service: Ensure telephone service within brand standards, responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
* Front Office Systems: Possess knowledge of Front Office systems (PMS Software) and Microsoft Windows programs, ensuring efficient operation.
* Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Qualifications: Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a hotel school diploma is an asset.
* Personal Characteristics: Strong sense of hospitality, sales-oriented mindset, composure under pressure, adaptability, flexibility, calmness, efficiency, and organization.
* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
