Job Description: Procurement Specialist at Randstad PortugalRandstad has partnered in the conception of a Global Business Services center in Lisbon and is seeking talented professionals to build a high-level team. You will be part of the procurement team, handling central purchasing activities, supply chain quality, process management, data analytics, and digitization initiatives. Main ResponsibilitiesAct as an extension of the Procurement function for Tactical Sourcing and Contract Management within your scope. Manage end-to-end or support calls for tenders and supplier selection processes in a fair competition environment. Process and administer contractual documents. Ensure cascading of requirements within the Supply Chain and compliance with suppliers, including negotiation of contractual terms, escalating issues to strategic buyers as needed. Update procurement data in tools like SAP and support the creation of purchase orders. Maintain regular communication with strategic buyers in Airbus Aerostructures Procurement and handle urgent requests. Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of procurement processes. QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable). Experience in procurement with strong negotiation and contract management skills. Customer-focused with a 'delivery' orientation. Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Team player comfortable with remote work. Proactive and creative mindset. Open to travel, mainly within Germany, for business.
