Profile Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic apprentice to join our SAP and Digital Transformation team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to innovative projects across multiple business areas. The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collaborative team and will gain exposure to real-world SAP projects — focusing on customer-facing processes in Sales (lead-to-opportunity management, quote-to-order workflows, pipeline forecasting, and AI-guided selling), Aftersales (case and ticket resolution, warranty registration/claims, knowledge base support, and customer self-service), and Field Service Management (AI-optimized scheduling, dispatching, mobile technician enablement, real-time job tracking, and on-site service execution for efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction).
Candidate will contribute to modernizing customer interactions, leveraging AI for smarter forecasting, intelligent routing, and proactive service delivery, while ensuring seamless data flow between front-office CX tools and back-office ERP systems.

* Exposure to AI applications in enterprise systems, including:

* Intelligent service routing, case prioritization, and automated recommendations in customer support
* AI-enhanced customer engagement features (e.G., guided selling, sentiment analysis, next-best actions, and automation in sales/service interactions)
* Others (e.G., potential extensions in digital customer experience, mobile sales tools, omnichannel support, or emerging SAP CX capabilities)
