We require a UX Strategist / Service Designer who can lead design thinking and experience strategy across these projects. They'll help clients define vision, value, and impact ensuring every service and interaction is user-centered and insight-driven.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading discovery, research, and service design workshops with stakeholders.
* Mapping and designing customer journeys, service blueprints, and experience strategies for AI/analytics-based solutions.
* Translating business goals and data insights into actionable UX strategies and design opportunities.
* Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align AI capabilities with user needs.
* Defining measurement frameworks to evaluate user experience and business impact.
Requirements include:
* 3+ years' experience in UX Strategy, Service Design, or Experience Consulting.
* Demonstrated expertise in designing or advising on AI, analytics, or data transformation projects.
* Skills in user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and stakeholder facilitation.
* Strong understanding of how analytics and AI inform service ecosystems.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
* Must be based in Portugal and operate as Director of your own limited company.
