Anchorage Digital’s trading desk is rapidly growing and seeking a Weekend OTC Trader to cover the desk and drive new business. As a Weekend OTC Trader, you will work closely with experienced traders and quantitative researchers to manage the OTC portfolio. You will utilize sound risk management and research to identify trading opportunities and execute hedging trading strategies.
Responsibilities
* Provide quotes to and execute trades with OTC counterparties.
* Operate automated trading systems including adjusting strategy parameters.
* Manage the desk’s open positions including manually reducing risk when necessary.
* Stay up to date with the underlying themes driving market prices and liquidity to deepen client interactions and execution strategies.
* Maintain executive presence interfacing with institutional clients, prospects, and C-level executives.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events and building a network of clients and industry peers.
Qualifications
* 1+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
* Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.

* You’re proud of your crypto Twitter feed and ability to uncover narratives driving crypto markets and specific coins.
* You enjoy using memes as a method of communication.
