Role of an Operador/a Caixa
Daily Tasks
* Provide a warm welcome to customers in any service point.
* Meet the customer at the Welcomer with personalized communication and adapt the service to each type of client, promoting relational and less transactional service.
* Detect customer needs, providing simple information about product availability and location, order status, services, or procedures.
* Receive SPV clients, opening repair processes and requesting parts, knowing procedures and Saveo tools.
* Manage the CRM of the store, offering autonomous solutions to customer situations and ensuring contact with relevant areas of the store when needed.
* Organize tasks considering peak customer influx, prioritizing customer service.
* Manage waiting situations of clients autonomously and efficiently, ensuring conflict resolution with clients and contributing to their total satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Literary skills up to 12th grade are required.
* The ideal candidate should have professional experience between 1 and 2 years.
* A passion for serving clients and their needs is essential.
* Aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork is required.
* Resistance to stress is necessary.
* Organization skills and sense of responsibility are essential.
* An inspirational spirit and proactivity are desired.
