Job title: Assistant A/V technician
Salary: Hourly, on freelancer receipts.
Working hours: From 7h to 10h per event, 3 to 5 days a week.
Location: Working from different venues in Lisbon.

Since launching in 2021 we've hosted around 200 open-air shows, with 35,000+ visitors, and inhabited some of the city's most enigmatic locations. Most importantly, we have had some amazing people join us on our events team. Aims of the role:
* You'll be assisting the lead technician with all elements of set up, management, and disassembly of the A/V equipment at each show. We show films, and have small live music concerts every night. A basic understanding of A/V technical elements is important, but even more important that knowledge, is having a great attitude and being curious to learn more!!
* You'll be joining our team on a regular basis. We have events running frequently throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with set up, management and disassembly of A/V equipment
* Set up basic lighting equipment and decoration
* Live sound mixing
* Generally being fun and a badass to work with.
Essential requirements. We'd love to talk to you if you have:
* A positive attitude and enjoy working with people and teams!
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese
* Good experience and knowledge of A/V equipment and sound.
* Energy and stamina
* High level of attention to detail, and a love of creating beautiful events!
* Performing well under pressure
