We're Hiring: IT Support Technician (L1) Algarve (Faro ou Portimão)
We are looking for a IT Support Technician (L1) Algarve to provide first-line IT support across the Algarve region.

Role Mission:
Ensure first-line IT support (phone, remote, and on-site), maintaining systems operational continuity and user satisfaction.
Second-line support and escalation are handled by the Group's central IT services based in Lisbon.
️ Key Responsibilities:
* Provide phone and remote support, ensuring proper ticket logging and follow-up;
* Travel to different company locations across the Algarve region;
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues;
* Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID;
* Configure and manage devices through Microsoft Intune;
* Support Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams);
* Install, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and equipment;
* Monitor IT equipment and manage alerting systems;
* Maintain asset inventory and equipment labeling;
* Produce technical reports and documentation;
* Identify and implement technical improvements.
Technical Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune;
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus);
* Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
* Basic knowledge of LAN, VPN, printers, and endpoint management;
* Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware & software);
* Valid driver's license (mandatory);
* Availability for frequent travel within the Algarve region.
Nice to Have Certifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate;
* Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate;
* Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).

* Location: Faro or Portimão (Algarve region);
* Own car required;
* Mileage compensation.
