What Can We Offer You?Annual full-time salary of 10,328.54 euros, prorated for the months and hours worked, with an annual pay review.Fully paid training.42 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) per annum.Discounts on Jet2holidays and Jet2.com holidays and flights.Recommend a Friend bonus scheme.What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?Be present at the arrivals hall whilst customers' baggage is being delivered.Welcome customers arriving at the airport for their return journey.Provide supervisory support to our third-party handler, ensuring they deliver a warm and friendly check-in service, issuing boarding passes, and following safety and security procedures.Assist at the boarding gates, working with Jet2.com colleagues and third-party handlers to ensure timely departures.Provide excellent customer service throughout.This role offers an initial 20-hour per week fixed-term contract, which may increase to a maximum of 30 hours during the season based on operational needs.
Flexibility is required as shifts start as early as 5 am and include late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays. No previous experience is necessary, but excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Portuguese are required.
