ROLE:
Design, development and maintenance of applications for clients in the retail sector;
Ensuring reliability, scalability and security throughout the development process;
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop the ideal technical solution;
Maintaining quality standards through a structured approach and the application of modern development methods (unit tests, code reviews, code metrics and continuous integration);
Documentation of architecture, code and good practices for knowledge sharing.
PROFILE:
University degree in Information Technology or similar;
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Java Developer;
Professional experience in Java development and Spring Boot framework;
Proficiency with Maven and Git for version control and dependency management;
Solid knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases;
Knowledge of backend architecture;
Understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns;
Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is valued;
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD (optional);
Knowledge of Elastic Search and Kafka is valued;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills;
A sense of responsibility, proactivity and autonomy.
