Our client is a multinational company.
An expanding Shared Service Centre.
Description
Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and ensure their efficiency;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices;
Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in P2P operations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues;
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on P2P processes;
Analyze and report on P2P performance metrics to drive decision-making;
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments and dispute resolutions;
Support the implementation and maintenance of P2P systems and tools.
Profile
Proven experience in the accounting and finance field, particularly in P2P processes;
Strong understanding of the industrial industry;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and X-Flow;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
