Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budget are fully controlled.
Act as the main client interface, running meetings, workshops and steering discussions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution and efficient risk mitigation.
Manage change, priorities and expectations while defending project value and scope.
Deeply understand the fintech product and use that knowledge to guide client decisions and delivery.

Strong technical background with experience inWaterfallandhybrid methodologies(Kanban).
Advanced ability to manage budget, scope, planning and track project performance deviations.
Leadershipanddecision-makingskills, with the ability to guide teams and clients confidently.
Excellent communication abilities with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
