We are looking for a Trainer to join a unique project in Lisbon.
This professional will be responsible for delivering both initial and continuous training programmes, working in close collaboration with the project's Team Leader.
If you are passionate about training, talent development and seeing people grow and succeed, this opportunity is for you Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for contact center teams (onboarding, refresher training and upskilling) Ensure proper knowledge transfer of operational processes, procedures, tools and project guidelines Design, adapt and update training materials (presentations, manuals, scripts and practical exercises) in line with BPO standards Assess participant performance during training and ensure readiness for production Provide structured and continuous feedback, identify skill gaps and propose improvement plans Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality and Operations to align training with operational targets (KPIs, SLA, CSAT, productivity) Support the implementation of new processes, tools or campaigns, ensuring effective knowledge transfer Monitor agent performance post training, contributing to reduced operational errors and improved service quality Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies and client requirements Required Profile Previous experience in training or learning and development is an advantage Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong team spirit and results oriented mindset Ability to engage and motivate different audiences Fluency in English is required Fluency in an additional language such as Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus What We Offer Integration into a solid and stable project Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth Competitive salary + ? meal allowance + ? additional benefits Join a team where your impact truly matters and where people development is taken seriously.
