Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist - German (M/F) role at Transcom. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for German-speaking customer service positions in Iberia and may involve collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams across Iberia and Europe.


Responsibilities

* Support hiring teams to ensure the best talent is hired by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes; from job ad creation, selection of candidates, conducting interviews & assessments to offer & on-boarding.
* Identify relevant sourcing channels for roles within German-speaking customer service in Iberia.
* Improve candidate touch points by enhancing recruitment tools & processes.
* Contribute to building & strengthening the employer brand through internal and external channels to attract Transcom\'s talent.
* Ensure multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within SLAs and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
* Provide support to other locations within Europe.


Qualifications

* Love working with people and listening to candidates about their life, work, and dreams while assessing fit for open positions and work environment.
* Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume recruitment.
* Good level of written and spoken English.
* Be fluent in German.
* Identify and engage talent to provide a positive candidate experience.
* Think creatively about attracting the best talent beyond resumes.
* Provide support and challenge hiring decisions to secure diversity in recruitment.
* Adapt to requirements in various locations and collaborate with other teams for a smooth recruitment process.
* Be passionate about building and promoting the employer brand through internal and external channels.
* Understand the importance of first impressions; taking care of newcomers leads to more engaged, higher-performing employees.
* Thrive on working across cultures and nationalities; diverse teams improve business decisions.
* Understand the importance of digitalisation; familiarity with recruitment systems, social media & tools to leverage them in recruitment.
* Be organized, proactive and take ownership of tasks.
* Happy to work in a hybrid model.
