Black Cat Cinema Event Staff
Salary: 8€ hourly.
On freelancer basis.
Working hours: From 7h to 10h per event, 3 to 5 days a week.
Location: Working from different venues in central Lisbon.

We're on a mission to make the cinema your favourite night out. Since launching in 2021 we've hosted around 200 open-air shows, with 35,000+ visitors, and inhabited some of the city's most enigmatic locations.
Most importantly, we have had some amazing people join us on our events team.

Aims of the role:
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others and has strong interpersonal skills.
Someone who takes pride in creating a great event, and leaving other people with happy memories
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcoming guests and scanning tickets
2. Providing high levels of customer service
3. Setting up chairs and stage
4. Helping to set up lighting equipment and decoration
5. Bar: Set up and service (some experience is appreciated)
6. Effectively operating cash register systems
7. Facilitating the proper organization and cleanliness of venues
8. Inventory inspection
9. Event packing after the event
Essential requirements:

2. Experience with customer service
3. Proficiency in English and Portuguese
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Strong verbal communication skills
6. High energy
7. High level of attention to detail
8. Performing well under pressure
