Your responsibilities:
- Drive team iteration execution, protect the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional).
- Track team performance and dynamics regularly.
- Lead Scrum team efforts in continuous improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase velocity and quality.
- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate flow.
- Implement and support principles, rules, and processes.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Ensure necessary information (scope, test cases, etc.) is available for prioritization and planning.
- Drive sprint execution through collaboration among globally scattered teams.
- Guide team in time estimation practices and facilitate estimates.
- Manage conflicts, challenges, and changing business requirements to maintain high performance.
- Work with leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
- Conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to improve team practices.
- Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA).
- Present quality project updates to senior management.
- Support product owners regarding team dynamics, priorities, and scope.
- Manage the release process for the product.
- Handle other special projects as assigned.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- 2-4 years of experience as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach for medium to large teams.
- Expertise in agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks like SAFe; certifications are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics to analyze and improve team output.
- Experience coaching on agile practices is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile procedures.
- Passion for improving team performance.
- Commitment to learning and innovation.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
