Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of SAP systems.
2. Install, configure, and upgrade SAP applications and components.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP systems, including configuration and operational procedures.
5. Provide support for SAP Basis-related issues and ensure the timely resolution of incidents.
6. Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard SAP data and applications.
7. Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continually improve system performance and reliability.
8. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
9. Participate in projects to design and deploy new SAP solutions or enhancements, ensuring they align with organisational goals and standards.
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
2. 2/3 years of expertise in SAP technology and products, with a focus on SAP Basis Administration.
