Core Requirements
Linguistic Mastery:
Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in
German

English

Legal Status:
Must hold
EU/EEA Citizenship
or a valid, unrestricted work permit for
Portugal
.
Technical Literacy:
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
Relocation:
Willingness to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon or Porto).
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.
Ability to handle complex inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
