Our offering helps the customer to increase productivity, achieve lower operating costs, save energy and improve quality.We are looking for a **Laboratory Technician** to strengthen our global team in developing dryer fabrics for Paper and Board machines and filtration fabrics for Pulp and Paper industry. The role is based in Ovar, Portugal.You will join the Laboratory Team, reporting to the Laboratory Manager.**Your daily activities:*** Carry out tests or control tests of used filter fabrics, raw materials and finished products according to quality plans and specific standards;* Record the results of all tests and compare the test values, with the defined acceptance criteria and, in case of non-compliance, take action;* Support in the proposal and implementation of policies and procedures, promoting continuous improvement.**What you need to succeed in this role:*** Good command of English (mandatory);* Higher Professional Technical course in the Laboratory field or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile or similar;* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being a proactive and dynamic and flexible team player who is analytical and organized.* Knowledge of Informatics from the user's perspective.## We offer:We offer you a wide onboarding and support from our professional team.
