As an Email Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving engagement and conversion by delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.
We're seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments. You should have proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics, and experience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
Your primary objective is to build and scale a revenue-generating newsletter and email automation funnel, create upsell and cross-sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stages, use automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure email tone, brand, and goals align.
You'll work closely with the design/content team to ensure compelling creative and UX, analyze email revenue performance to deliver actionable recommendations, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
