Application Support Professional
This role entails ensuring seamless operation of critical post-trade applications.
* Provide technical assistance for vendor platform applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Triage incidents related to post-trade applications.
o Analyse, manage, and resolve complex incidents requiring deep system knowledge.
o Monitor hardware and software components that support applications.
Software Deployment & Change Management:
* Participate in software deployment planning, assessing technical configurations.
* Ensure proper impact analysis on existing software components.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business execution.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
