Algarve Real Estate Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to secure new property listings, negotiate deals, and manage marketing campaigns to drive sales in the Algarve region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure property listings by meeting weekly targets and agreements with owners.
* Utilize innovative marketing techniques to promote listings both locally and internationally.
* Manage digital marketing channels (social media) with weekly posts and audience engagement to generate leads.
* Stay informed about the local market, property valuations, and relevant laws.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding your network.
* Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
* Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and transactions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related fields (Master's/MBA is a plus).
* Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience, ideally in the region, with a proven track record.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; other languages are a bonus.
* You must have your own car and laptop.
* PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN THE FARO REGION.
