We are looking for a hands-on payroll specialist with an analytical mindset to join our global team. If you are proficient in the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem and want a role where technical precision meets HR strategy, this is the place for you!
Main Responsibilities
* Complete payroll processing ensuring compliance with global policies.
* Manage contracts, amendments, and terminations, as well as payroll variables.
* Fulfill reporting obligations (DMR, DRI, and R.U) and serve as the technical interface for audits.
* Absence tracking, benefits (insurance and pension funds), and wage garnishments.
* Perform cost simulations and transform data into KPIs to support decision-making.
We Are Looking For:
* Management, HR, or related fields.
* Must have at least five years of experience in complex payroll operations. International experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors required.
* Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions.
* Solid knowledge of labor and tax laws (income tax and Social Security).
* Fluent English is required for a multinational environment.
* Willingness to work on-site is essential for this position.
