Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Appian Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Appian applications.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian projects or BPM technologies, with strong experience in Appian architecture design and application development. Appian certification is a plus.
As an Appian Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposing innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Appian projects or BPM technologies;
* Strong experience in Appian architecture design and application development;
* Appian certification is a plus;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude;
* Critical thinking and the ability to clearly express and defend opinions;
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies;
* Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility;
