The aim of this six-month internship is to give you a taste of what it's like to work in HR within an international environment, along with valuable skills and experiences that you'll take into your future career.What You'll Be Doing During Your InternshipHR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support – Day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, preparing employment documents, and supporting payroll inputs.Talent Acquisition – End-to-end recruitment activities: drafting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and interacting directly with candidates.Learning & Development – Organise and log training sessions, track attendance and feedback, and assist internal communications around learning initiatives.Onboarding & Employee Experience – Assist with onboarding processes for new joiners, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.HR Projects & Initiatives – Exposure to transversal HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, HR communications, and wellbeing initiatives.Data & Reporting – Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management, learning how HR uses data.What We're Looking ForUniversity student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.What We OfferA six-month paid internship with real responsibilities from day one.The chance to work in an international environment and learn from experienced HR professionals.A supportive and dynamic team culture.Opportunities to develop core HR skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities.Possibility to build your career with us after the internship.Employee Assistance Program.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
